Clarinet Choir performance

The United States Air Force Band of Liberty and the Air National Guard Band of the Northeast co-hosted a Clarinet Clinic on 2 May 2005 at Hanscom Air Force Base. Boasted as a huge success, the clinic was attended by over thirty clarinetists from the greater Boston metropolitan area.

Coordinated by SrA Michele Spinelli of the ANG Band of the Northeast, the Clinic featured clarinetist Robert DiLutis of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Chris Coppenger of the Buffet Corporation and master clarinet repair technician Michael Leonard.

Most attendees took advantage of the opportunity to work with experienced professionals with plenty of time for master classes and private lessons. Performances by the Cerulean Wind Trio made the day a memorable event.

For more information regarding future clinics sponsored by the Air Force Band of Liberty, please call MSgt Mac Ranney at (781) 377-0150.
