Afterburner Welcomes Home Hanscom’s Heroes

Afterburner provided a true “Heroes Welcome” to Hanscom’s finest on January 19. The pop music group performed for over 500 at Hanscom Air Force Base at a celebration to welcome home 80 Airmen deployed over the past six months.

Chief Master Sergeant Lisa Sirois, 66th Air Base Wing and Electronic Systems Center command chief master sergeant, called the event “absolutely awesome” as the deployers and their family members were presented medallions by base leaders in front of a cheering crowd. (see Air Force Link article)
