Bose Owners site

From February through July of 2008, I was an Online Production Artist at Bose Corporation in Westborough, Massachusetts.

As a member of Bose's Online Commerce Group, I:

• developed, configured and modified content for their product and technical support site, owners.bose.com
• translated business and creative requirements into functional requirements
• enabled efficient development of web content
• collaborated with a cross-functional staff of designers, writers, business managers, project managers, content management system and e-commerce system programmers
• implemented web content solutions

One of my projects for the Owners site was to produce .jsp pages for the SoundDock^® Portable digital music system. Like the SoundDock classic, owners of the SoundDock Portable can now go online and access various information on technical help, helpful hints, setup, FAQs and photos.
